STERICON PHARMA PVT. LTD., is located at Bangalore , Karnataka , India and currently has two manufacturing units, one to manufacture sterile contact lens cleaning solutions and eye/ear drops filled in pre-sterilized bottles and one to manufacture liquid oral pharmaceutical formulations. Both the units have been built to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements and follow GMP specifications and processes in terms of layout, construction, man and material movement, air handling and water system. The units have received the ISO certification from Det Norske Veritas, Norway and conform to the management system standard ISO 9001 : 2000. Stericon has also obtained the CE Certification from Det Norske Veritas, Norway , which certifies that the Contact lens cleaning solutions comply with the applicable requirements of the European Medical device directive. The CE Certificate authorizes the free movement/marketing of Stericon's Contact lens cleaning solutions in all European Union countries.

Stericon's range of contact lens cleaning solutions are marketed across India through a network of distributors, opticians and retail chemists. They are also exported to the Middle East and Africa . Stericon has also received manufacturing licenses for more than 100 products for manufacture under contract and loan license from the Drug Control Department of the State of Karnataka - India for Sterile Eye and Ear Drops and Liquid Oral formulations. . Using these licenses Stericon manufactures sterile eye and ear drops on contract for various companies for the local and international markets.
